Centricity Announces Dan Oltersdorf as President

Student Housing Industry Veteran Dan Oltersdorf to Lead New Joint-Venture Company from Campus Advantage and Student Quarters

Austin, Texas, February 23, 2024 — Centricity, a new joint-venture company providing centralized support services to property management companies, today announced that Dan Oltersdorf has been named as President.

Oltersdorf brings more than 25 years of experience in the student housing industry, including a 20-year tenure with Campus Advantage. Originally hired as a consultant in 2003, Oltersdorf joined the Campus Advantage leadership team as the company’s first hire and has been a core part of the company’s growth and success, most recently serving as the Chief People Officer.

Oltersdorf earned his master’s degree in higher education administration with a minor in group training and development from Florida State University. He loves spending time with his family and enjoying the outdoors, camping, rowing, and hiking.
