Dan Oltersdorf has been in the property management and the residential housing industry since his start as a Resident Assistant at Colorado State University in 1998, subsequently earning a master’s at Florida State University. He is recognized as a leader in the student housing industry and is a speaker and published author. Dan has spent his career progressively leading and innovating in multiple arenas of the property management industry, including Learning & Development, Human Resources, and the Customer Experience. When he is not equipping and supporting others to create experiences, he loves spending time with his family, enjoying the outdoors, camping, rowing, and walking their dog Keanu.
